Welcome! There is something for everyone at St. Paul Ev. Lutheran Church and worship for all. There are numerous opportunities for the study of God's word for all ages. Our Sunday School involves students in hands-on participation in the Biblical stories. We also provide cross–generational interaction in faith development linking home and congregation together.

We are a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA), as well as a partner in the Grosse Pointe Ecumenical Parish. We gather around the Word and Sacrament. We unite with our brothers and sisters in Christ to proclaim the saving and redeeming message of Jesus Christ in word and in deed.

We are people of God desiring to move ahead in grace and hope. It is our prayer for you that you will discover your gifts and share those gifts with our congregation, the community and the world.

Monthly Highlights

Lenten Services

The mid-week Lenten services will focus on the theme “Holy Lent, Holy Land, Holy People”.  The journey through the Sermon on the Mount will connect us with present-day stories from the Holy Land and help us to see how we can live faithfully to Jesus’ teachings.

Faith and Ale - March

Have you ever wanted to gather with other Christians in an informal atmosphere? Here's your chance! Faith and Ale will meet monthly to explore a variety of topics. Each month will begin at 6 pm with a brief introductory presentation, followed by a time for small group discussion, and will then wrap up around 8 pm with a closing prayer. Beverages and a limited menu will be available for purchase. Contact Michelle Ketepa for more information.

Join our panelists: Bill Wrobel, Dana Miller, Sandy Smith and others as they discuss modern prayer at our March 7th gathering at Dragonmead Microbrewery.  Dragonmead Microbrewery is located at 14600 E. 11 Mile (between Groesbeck and Bunert on the 696 service drive.)
